2. Definitions

  • Goods – products sold by Baabuk.

3. Use of the Website

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the selected goods.
A contract is formed when we email you a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot accept your order, we’ll inform you and refund any payment.

5. Prices, Taxes & Duties

All prices are shown in the currency selected on our website.
Prices include applicable VAT or sales taxes for Switzerland and EU addresses.
For some destinations (including the USA and EU), Baabuk may pre-pay duties and import taxes so your order arrives without extra costs. However, some addresses may require payment upon delivery for applicable duties and fees.

We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors before acceptance.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via the methods shown (credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other local options).
Payments are processed securely by our e-commerce provider and payment service partners compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
We do not store full card numbers.

7. Delivery

We deliver worldwide from our logistics partners in Switzerland, Portugal, or other regional warehouses.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.

8. Returns & Withdrawal Rights

8.1 Change of Mind (EU / UK Consumers)

Consumers in the EU or UK have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days after receiving their goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, email info@baabuk.com with your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we failed to inform you otherwise.

8.2 Other Regions

Outside the EU/UK, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged goods in original packaging.

8.3 Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Use the return instructions and form provided on our website. Returns must be sent using a tracked service.
