Shipping to most countries
Price – Free shipping to most countries on orders over €200. Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers outside of the EU may be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.
Shipping to Switzerland
For Switzerland, we have a specific website (www.baabuk.ch) where we ship directly from our Swiss warehouse. Orders to Switzerland from this site will incur shipping costs and duty fees on your charge.
Shipping to USA
For USA customers, please order at our BAABUK USA site at (us.baabuk.com).
DON’T RETURN. U-TURN.
With a current return rate of 8%, well below the industry average of around 20%, we’re pretty sure you’re going to love your new Baabuks.
But what’s the easiest way to return shoes that are too big or too small? Don’t.
That’s right. Keep them and gift them to a friend or family member and we’ll give you 50% towards a new pair.
We call this a U-Turn because:
- You save money on return postage.
- You make a friend happy.
- You get 50% towards a new pair.
- You get your new pair quicker
To see if your order qualifies for our U-Turn offer, complete our return authorization form within 30 days of delivery.
The U-Turn discount is only available for purchases made directly with Baabuk. To return/exchange in-store purchases, please contact the shop.
Traditional returns:
If this offer doesn’t suit your needs, we also have a 30-day guarantee return policy. For returns or exchanges, please complete our return authorization form within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Items returned after 30 days or in "used" condition may not be eligible to receive full refund.
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll either replace or refund your order per your request. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Germany.
Once you complete the return form, you'll receive an email confirmation with further instructions.

Customized products & clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Note for UK customers - due to customs regulations, we are unable to process exchange requests for UK customers. These customers can request a refund (minus a import/customs fee). If an exchange is desired, a refund must be issued and then a new order may be submitted. Thanks for your understanding
