For exchanges, we offer our unique U-Turn option! For traditional returns and exchanges, items in new and unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return package, we’ll either replace or refund your order per your request. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Read more on our returns page. Clearance sale items & customized products are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

365-Day Warranty: We are committed to making sustainable and durable products designed for long- term wear. However, we recognize that the process of working with wool is and art and therefore, some products are more susceptible to faster wear. We share a lot with our entrepreneurial friends Estilo Libre: values, vision, beliefs, a Swiss heritage… and a love of wool. We’ve always been fans of their products and brand because of this.

Like us, they’re specialists in wool, and passionate about sustainability and creating ethical products. They also push the boundaries, going beyond their comfort zone and following their love of savoir-fare to set up local operations in Peru, like ours in Nepal, all of which enables us both to create beautifully unique products in a truly responsible and qualitative way.
